Help with Kindlora

Kindlora is coming soon to the App Store. Find answers about reminders, ideas, Kindlora Pro, and managing your data.

01

Not seeing a reminder?

Kindlora schedules local iOS notifications using your rules, once per reminder cycle. iOS controls their presentation, so an alert may not appear at the exact time you choose.

  • In iOS Settings → Notifications, check notification permission and the Lock Screen and banner settings for Kindlora.
  • Check Focus and Scheduled Summary, which may silence alerts or delay their presentation.
  • Make sure notifications are enabled in the app, the account is not paused, and its content or check-in reminder is enabled.
  • Check your schedule end date, remaining post count, publishing cadence, lead time, and reminder time. A reminder is scheduled when its rules are met.
02

How are content coverage and check-ins calculated?

You enter the date your scheduled posts run through, or a remaining post count and publishing cadence. Count-based coverage is an estimate. Kindlora does not read real platform schedules, require platform sign-in, fetch social platform data, or publish posts for you.

Check-in reminders use the interval you choose. After reviewing an account, publishing, or deciding it can wait, tap Checked in to restart the timer. Opening the account details alone does not reset it.

03

Can I use Ideas on its own?

Yes. The free version includes unlimited ideas. You do not need to link them to an account or choose a category first. Save text, photos, and links, or use Apple speech-to-text. Search, favorites, and random review help you revisit them.

The app imports only the photos you choose and keeps its own copies. Deleting an original from your photo library does not delete the copy in a note.

Speech-to-text asks for microphone and speech-recognition permission. Recognition runs on device when the device and language support it; otherwise Apple may process audio through its online service. The app saves the transcript, not an audio recording.

Displaying a note with a link may contact the destination website to fetch a preview title and image, even before you tap the link. Avoid saving links containing private access credentials.

04

Which devices and languages are supported?

Kindlora supports iPhone running iOS 17 or later and iPad running iPadOS 17 or later. There is currently no native Mac app.

In the app settings, follow your system language or manually choose Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, or Japanese. Unsupported system languages fall back to English (US).

The initial release excludes mainland China. Check the App Store for download and purchase availability in your region.

05

How do I save, delete, and back up my data?

Accounts, ideas, and imported photos are stored on your device. No registration is required. We do not run an account or notebook server, so we cannot recover your local content from a server.

Open an account, choose Delete account, and confirm to remove it. Your independent ideas are kept. You can delete ideas from the notebook.

Before changing devices or deleting the app, check your iOS device backup and recovery settings, and keep a separate copy of irreplaceable content. Apple and your device settings manage system backups. Deleting data in the app does not delete existing system backups.

iCloud sync is not available yet. iOS system backup and in-app sync between devices are separate features; do not rely on sync to move your current data.

06

What is included in Free and Kindlora Pro?

The free version includes 3 accounts, unlimited independent ideas, and full local content and check-in reminders. Kindlora Pro adds unlimited accounts, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and custom platforms.

Widgets show accounts that need attention on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. iOS manages refresh, so changes may not appear immediately.

Kindlora Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, plus a lifetime option purchased once. Prices, billing periods, and regional availability are shown in the app and on the App Store purchase confirmation.

Canceling a subscription does not delete your records. When Pro expires, you can still view, edit, and delete all existing accounts and ideas, including accounts above the free limit. Adding accounts returns to the free limit of 3. Ideas and local reminders remain free.

07

How do I restore purchases, manage a subscription, or request a refund?

Tap Restore purchases in Settings or on the Kindlora Pro page. Use the Apple Account used for the purchase, stay connected to the internet, and complete any authentication requested by Apple. If you still need help, follow the Apple guide below or contact support.

To manage or cancel a monthly or yearly subscription, use Manage subscriptions in the app, or open iPhone / iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions and choose Kindlora Pro.

The lifetime option is a one-time purchase. Buying it does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or yearly subscription. If you switch to lifetime access, check your Apple subscription settings separately and turn off renewal for the old subscription if needed.

Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. You can request a refund from Apple; Apple determines eligibility and the outcome.
