About us
Kindlora is provided by WAYWAYGOOD LLC. Last updated: October 16, 2026.
Kindlora helps you manually track content coverage and account check-ins, with an independent notebook for ideas. No separate Kindlora registration or social-platform password is required. We do not sign in to platforms, scrape content or automatically read platform accounts or schedules.
Local storage, iCloud and backups
Account names, platform labels, schedule dates, coverage estimates, reminder rules, check-in times, comments, idea text, categories, favorites and language preferences are stored on your device. Photos added to ideas are copied into the app’s private storage and saved at a reduced size.
We do not operate a backend for storing these accounts and notes, and the app does not upload this content to our servers.
iCloud sync is not yet generally available. If you enable iCloud in the app, your account records, ideas and selected photos are stored in your private iCloud through Apple’s services. Turning sync off stops future transfers only; it does not automatically delete existing local or cloud records.
Your device may make system backups according to your Apple settings; a device backup is separate from in-app cross-device sync.
Photos and speech-to-text
The app uses the system photo picker and processes only the photos you select. Imported copies are stored separately from your photo library. Deleting an original does not automatically remove its copy from an idea.
Speech-to-text is optional and requests microphone and speech-recognition permission only when you start it. Audio is processed on your device when it supports on-device recognition for the selected language. Otherwise, Apple’s speech service may process audio over the network under Apple’s service and privacy rules.
The app saves the transcript, not an audio recording, and does not upload recordings to our servers. You can revoke these permissions in iOS Settings and continue writing text notes.
Link previews and external websites
Displaying an idea containing a web link may contact the destination to fetch a title and preview image, before you tap the link. The destination may receive the URL, query parameters, IP address and ordinary request information, which it handles under its own privacy policy. Avoid links containing private access credentials.
Making a preview does not send the whole idea or other account records to the destination. External content opened from a link is the responsibility of the website’s operator.
Local reminders and widgets
Reminders use iOS local notifications without a remote push server. Account names and reminder text may appear in Notification Center or on the Lock Screen. You can adjust system notification previews, turn off notifications, disable individual reminders or pause an account.
Kindlora Pro Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets use a locally saved summary of account names, schedules and reminders, without idea text or photos. These summaries are used only by the app’s own widgets. iOS controls notification presentation and widget refreshes. Consider who can see the information when adding a widget.
Purchase information
Apple’s App Store system processes Kindlora Pro purchases and payments. The app uses purchase status supplied by Apple to confirm access. We do not directly collect payment-card details in the app.
Restoring purchases restores eligible Kindlora Pro access; it does not recover local accounts, ideas or photos that have not been backed up.
Deleting content and backups
You can delete current account or idea records in the app. Deleting an account cancels its reminders and leaves independent ideas intact. After you delete an idea or abandon an unsaved entry, photos still used by other ideas or recovery features may be retained.
Historical device backups or backups kept during an upgrade may separately contain photos and earlier content. Deleting current content does not also delete these backups. iOS handles local app data when the app is deleted. Your Apple backup settings control the retention, restoration and deletion of existing device backups.
Advertising and website preferences
Kindlora has no advertising, third-party usage analytics or cross-app advertising tracking. It does not read the advertising identifier or sell or share your account and idea content for advertising. Optional speech recognition, link previews and external websites may still use network connections.
This website stores your selected language and theme preferences only in your browser. It runs no advertising or visitor analytics scripts. You can reset these preferences by clearing this website’s browser data.
